The World of Blogging

Me as a blogger? Yeah, right. Well, at least until I became a proud Mom. Now I am convinced the rest of the world is as interested in Josh's every coo and burp and his Dad and I are. Thought I would set this up as a way for friends and family to check in with the lastest news of the Zebley's. And of course what everyone really wants-pictures.

We have survived the first month of parenthood, and more importantly, so has Joshua. He has been patient with us and is doing great. He weighed in at 10 pounds, 3 ounces Monday. (Up from 8p 7oz just two weeks ago!) He enjoys tummy time and "playing" (looking) at some of his colorful toys. Tummy time has been fun as he likes to lift up his head and look around. He has also learned how to throw his weight so he rolls to his back. He moves his legs like he is trying to crawl and starts fussing when he doesn't go anywhere. I just encourage him by reminding his he is only four weeks and has a long time before he's crawling. I guess he will be like his dad in setting high expectations for himself.

I have somewhat settled into the daily routine of a stay at home mom. I've always wanted a job I could stay in my pjs as long as I wanted! Everyday I think about how terrible it is that I don't shower before noon, but I don't feel bad enough about it to change the routine.

We hope you enjoy the blog. We will update it as time permits, but hopefully at least once a week. We would love to hear your comments.

Love,
Kurt, Susan & Joshua

Merry Christmas, Zebleys! I absolutely love the pictures and comments from you. It keeps me updated on Joshua. Enjoy every second with him it is amazing how fast they grow. Oh and take lots of videos our girls love to sit and watch themselves when they were little. We laugh at some of the things that they did and miss those moments.
Keep writing.
Love,
Robin & family

I passed your blogger on to Robin so they can enjoy Joshua's growth. This is a great idea and we enjoyed it so much. Josh sure has chubbed up since we were there. Glad your doing well.

It must be nice to have enough free time to document your baby.
MUCH different then documenting cases, huh. Since you are out of
county, and you do not get into this office for a visit, an office
full of CPS workers will be breaking county lines and make
an unannounced visit. We can't
pinch pictures!

Guess who. AJME
