Feeling like a Mom

One day when I was feeling very pregnant and big, I went to the mall to do a little shopping. I saw a hip-looking mom with cute clothes, all put together and strolling her newborn around. I reminded myself that someday soon, I would be back to regular size, with a precious baby to stroll around the mall. Just knowing I would soon be that hip mom, put an extra skip in my swollen and tired feet. Looking back, I laugh at my wishful thinking. I wasn't a hip child, a hip teen, or a hip young adult. What exactly made me think I would suddenly be a hip mom?

I've seen that video before. It almost hurts to watch b/c there is some truth to it. Susan, I'm pretty sure you don't have to worry about ending up in mom jeans either.
